Location: Currently Hybrid (as needed) within the Greater Toronto Area

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience in the manufacturing industry at an executive level, with a strong grasp of operational processes, supply chain management, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience in the usage of data analytics, business intelligence, and applications of technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, and predictive analytics in manufacturing
- Executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in presales or solution engineering within a consulting or technology services environment is preferred
Nice to Have:
- A track record of successful presales or solution engineering experience, preferably within a consulting or technology services environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing challenges, including supply chain optimization, predictive maintenance, and quality control
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients, understanding their specific pain points and business objectives
- Design and present custom solution proposals that highlight Adastra’s capabilities in data management, advanced analytics, and AI/ML
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate the feasibility and value of Adastra’s offerings for manufacturing clients
- Serve as a subject matter expert, offering technical and industry-specific guidance to the sales team and clients
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Adastra’s solutions remain competitive and relevant
