QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience within the utilities and/or energy industries at an executive level, with a thorough understanding of operational processes, regulatory requirements, and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in the usage of data analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technologies (IoT, RPA, AI) as applied within the utilities and energy context
  • Executive communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record in presales or solution engineering, ideally within a consulting or technology services environment

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing utilities and energy companies, including the transformation towards sustainability, renewable energy, effective data management, and digital service innovation
  • Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients, assess their pain points and objectives, and map Adastra’s solutions to meet these needs effectively
  • Craft and present custom proposals that showcase Adastra’s capabilities, with a focus on data management, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation, directly addressing client needs
  • Conduct PoC demonstrations to validate the practicality and impact of Adastra’s solutions for prospective clients in the utilities and energy sector
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical insights and guidance to clients and the sales team, ensuring solutions align with industry trends and best practices
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices within the utilities and energy sectors to maintain Adastra’s competitive advantage and industry relevance
