POSITION SUMMARY

Leverages IT technical competency to provide pre-sales and post-sales engineering guidance / support for Bytebridge sales team, customers and business partners to design best-in-class systems / solutions to optimize the customer experience, thereby supporting increasing revenue and profitability across S.E Asia for products / services represented by Bytebridge.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Expertise in liquid cooling technologies , including direct-to-chip and immersion cooling, and power distribution systems.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure design , focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Familiarity with IT networking and server hardware as it relates to cooling and electrical systems.
• Demonstrated customer-facing experience , including technical presentations and relationship management.
• Ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field .
• Current certifications in relevant technologies, such as networking, electrical systems, or cooling technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, APC, or similar).
• 3-5 Years’ experience in related IT field
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
• Previous experience building and managing technical resources locally and remotely

• Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, focusing on liquid cooling systems, electrical infrastructure, and data center solutions.
• Collaborate with customers and business partners to design and document customized cooling and power solutions that meet unique requirements.
• Develop technical documents, including drawings, system layouts, parts lists (BOMs) , and installation guidelines for liquid cooling and electrical systems.
• Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and presentations for tenders, RFPs, and customer pitches.
• Ensure all solutions comply with Southeast Asian and international standards , particularly in liquid cooling and power distribution.
• Conduct remote and onsite demonstrations of liquid cooling technologies and power management solutions .
• Provide post-sales advice, including maintenance planning and lifecycle management for cooling and electrical systems.
• Integrate sustainability and energy-efficiency considerations into system designs, emphasizing environmental benefits.
