Job Description: As a Presales Engineer at Eye Security, you will be the technical bridge between our potential customers and our robust security solutions. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our sales teams to ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and met, presenting technical demonstrations, and providing expert advice and support during the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations for clients and at industry events.
  • Provide technical leadership in discussions and guide customers through solutions and security best practices.
  • Engage with customers to understand their security landscapes and recommend enhancements.
  • Coordinate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer needs and feedback.
  • Manage technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Stay updated with the latest in cybersecurity technologies and threats.
