Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Presales Engineer specializing in Mobile Security, you will collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements, design mobile security solutions, and support the sales process. Your role is crucial in demonstrating the value of our mobile security offerings and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role reports to the CTO.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a presales or technical consulting role within mobile security, preferably with Telco or Banking Industry
- Strong understanding of mobile security principles, compliance, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
