JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Professional Certification in Music (ABRSM in Piano, Music Theory, Music).
• Demonstrate musical competency in at least 2 instruments (e.g., Piano, Violin, Ukulele, Guitar, etc.).
• Knowledge of Solfege (do-re-mi syllables), Suzuki Violin, and Keyboard is a plus.
• Creative, inspiring, and full of positive energy.
• Prior experience in classroom teaching.
• Experience teaching music to children.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• Teach an exciting and comprehensive music literacy curriculum to Preschool, PG, and K2 students.
• Provide fun and engaging instruction in singing, percussion, keyboards, recorder, and violin (for the older kids).
• Plan, supervise, and implement the program according to the centre’s policies, guidelines, and philosophy.
• Support each child’s educational and developmental journey, keeping accurate records of their progress through checklists, progress notes, photos, and anecdotal records.
• Take on other ad hoc duties as needed to keep our program running smoothly.
