Our early childhood program, located in the heart of Burlington is hiring for teachers for one of our preschool classrooms. What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate: Work with teachers to implement quality early childhood programs
• Plan & Lead: Assist in lesson planning and lead activities
• Ensure Safety: Supervise activities to keep children safe
• Organize: Help maintain a neat and organized classroom
• Support: Assist in swim lessons, gym lessons, and field trips
• Communicate: Share relevant information with teachers and the director, and address child concerns appropriately
• Engage Families: Maintain professional communication with parents and guardians
• Confidentiality: Keep all information confidential
• Compliance: Help maintain state Child Care Licensing requirements

Requirements:

• Must be 20 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass federal background and state fingerprint checks

• 8 hour shift
