Emperor’s dedicated presentations team is a close-knit group of 20 highly talented designers, account managers and project managers. We create high-end solutions for our clients; combining stunning design, animation, and interactivity to push the boundaries of traditional presentations.
Your role as a Presentations Project Manager is to ensure projects run smoothly from briefing to final delivery. This will involve preparing estimates and proposals, liaising with clients and designers, allocating resource and regularly updating the team on project progress.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • At least 2-5 years project delivery experience in agency environment
  • Excellent stakeholder and 3rd party management skills
  • Excellent at scheduling, calm under pressure with a talent for pushing the project along, keeping everything on track
  • Strong customer service skills
  • First class communication skills (both verbal and written).

Client servicing:

  • Address issues effectively and proactively
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
  • An interest in understanding of client/ agency relationships.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE:

The role of the Presentations Project Manager is to deliver projects to tight deadlines and within budget, working from beginning to end and including scoping, planning, and scheduling.
The PM will also attend client meetings, coordinating all parties (internal & external) to ensure the complete and on-time delivery of all agreed activity.
The nature of the Presentations team is very collaborative, and the PM will be encouraged to offer thought and add value to the creative process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and deadlines
  • Managing multiple projects at any one time, which will significantly vary in budget and complexity.
  • Develop effective business relationships with clients
  • Coordinate regular client communication and meetings. Ensure clients are satisfied with progress and are regularly kept informed
  • Coordinate the project team and allocate/ procure appropriate resource.
