YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Dedication to customers, with a history of providing exceptionally rated client service
• Experience troubleshooting issues and providing support to users of software
• Experience successfully managing multiple priorities to ensure client satisfaction
• Solid interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Ability to think in a process-driven/problem-solving manner; to understand and direct technical and data issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
• Curiosity; to ask why and to seek more information
• Creativity; the ability to ‘think on your feet’
• Embracing of change; taking initiative to make continual improvements
• Demonstrated history of taking ownership of responsibilities and driving tasks to completion
• Comfort with analytics and metrics, handling large amounts of data
• Comfort with learning new computer applications
• Solid knowledge of major MS software packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in coding and data analysis (e.g. SQL queries) would be an advantage
• Experience or interest in the retail wealth management industry preferred
• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course preferred
• Fluency in French preferred
