Job Description:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong initiative, and excellent organizational and people skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. Stellar attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment. A strong desire to drive results with a hands-on mentality to see projects to completion.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and Vendavo would be differentiators
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor pricing, and previous sales data.
- Analyze: Conduct mathematical and impact analyses to understand customer habits and spending patterns.
- Set prices: Recommend product and customer price based on complex financial analysis.
- Communicate: Report findings and make recommendations to the pricing manager, the executive team and other stakeholders.
- Monitor: Tracking sales and determine when changes are required.
- Develop strategies: Develop deep understanding of the business and its’ customers and use as the basis develop appropriate strategies to enable sales and increase profits.
- Collaborate: With others on the pricing team, other internal stakeholders and externally with our customers.
- Supports assigned functional leadership, responding to reporting/analysis requests and resolving budget/forecast questions.
