How you make a difference:
The pricing analyst has the responsibility developing estimates of cost elements and pricing for contract proposals, contract amendments, contract renewals, and new business ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and pricing for contract proposals, renewals, and new business ventures.
• Ensure adherence to cost and pricing standards across different business lines.
• Analyze past performance through “look-back” analyses, identifying areas for improvement.
• Foster a culture of critical thinking and challenge the status quo to enhance pricing strategies.
• Manage projects independently, collaborating with various departments, and maintain accurate cost databases.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

• Accounting or Finance degree required

Experience

• Related costing experience in a healthcare or staffing setting preferred;
• Experience in a correctional healthcare environment highly desirable

Licenses/Certifications

• None required
