Join our Pricing Center of Excellence in Spanish-speaking Latin America, where you’ll optimize prices to boost key metrics and enhance user experience. You’ll develop playbooks, frameworks, and tools while collaborating with operations and algorithm teams to execute impactful strategies. Role Responsibilities:

• Managing Projects: Oversee cross-functional projects and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic and tactical guidelines.
• Owning Frameworks: Develop and optimize playbooks, frameworks, models, and tools to define long-term strategies and adjust short-term levers.
• Testing and Iterating: Test new initiatives, iterate on existing ones, and share best practices while collaborating with peers from different areas and seniority levels.
• Analyzing Data: Analyze data to understand user behavior and generate actionable insights to optimize decisions.
• Improving Processes: Enhance existing processes and create new ones to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Role Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, data science, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in business intelligence, finance, consulting, tech, or similar high-performance environments.
• Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; strong communication and stakeholder management; analytical problem-solving with strategic thinking; data-driven decision-making.
