The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing processes:

• Deviated/ Standard Pricing maintenance.
• Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, Sales Force and SharePoint.
• Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
• Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.
• Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.
• Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.
• Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.
• Ongoing communications with pricing, Customer Service, and business stakeholders via email, Sales Force cases, etc.
• Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales, and Marketers. (SLA of 48 hours.)
• Review and validation upon price claimed by the customer versus information in 3M pricing system.
• Consolidate all validation information inside the platform and ask for authorization.
• SLA for validation (48 hours).
• Pricing Reports and Transactional Pricing Ops.
• Update of dashboard and pricing reports.
• Upload templates into TPO and validate them.

Your Skills and Expertise

• Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests
• Flexible and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Technical Degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum experience of 1 year in Pricing, Marketing, Finance or related fields.
• Advanced Excel
• Intermediate to Advanced English level
• Effective use of Reporting and Analytics/Power BI
