Pricing and Product Portfolio Specialist
Location: Sudbury, Ontario

Currently, we have an opening for a Pricing and Product Portfolio Specialist. In this role, you will support the Sales Area in following global standards and ensuring consistency of the pricing processes, pricing levels, and maintaining the local ERP system. This role involves gathering and analyzing market data to provide actionable insights, identifying trends, and detecting opportunities and risks.

What you will be doing
- Develop aftermarket pricing strategies in alignment with divisional requirements and local sales teams.
- Implement and maintain pricing structures within the local ERP system.
- Manage item master harmonization within the local ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with global standards and internal controls, while recommending process improvements.
- Analyze market trends for parts and services in relation to the active Sandvik fleet.
- Generate reports on competitive analysis, product performance, and customer insights.
- Ensure the collection of high-quality fleet data.
- Identify opportunities and gaps within the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with sales, product, business model, and account teams to diagnose issues and develop improvement strategies.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
What you will bring along
Experience
- Four (4) to five (5) years’ experience in customer service, administration, marketing, or similar roles with a focus on analytical or quantitative business functions, marketing programs, or campaign management.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changing technologies.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and CRM systems.
- Advanced computing skills or task automation experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the mining industry or aftermarket sales is beneficial.
- High level of self-motivation, accountability, and initiative to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and collaborative capabilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work as part of a cohesive team.
