Description:

EDUCATION, MASTER, OTHER CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Management Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE (YEARS):

2-4 years of experience in a relevant field such as pricing, sales, marketing, business planning, or finance, preferably within a multinational environment. Experience in a structured or matrix organization is a plus.

TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a good understanding of digital tools.

LANGUAGES SKILLS:

Effective communication skills in both Italian and English.

SOFT/BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:

Familiarity with market dynamics and pricing strategies. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

At Bridgestone South Europe level the Pricing Specialist will support in executing the pricing strategy and ensuring pricing consistency across different markets, channels, and products, according to marketing policy and European guidelines. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies are well-implemented and aligned with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • European Pricing Strategy Implementation. Assist in the implementation of European pricing strategies, ensuring price positioning aligns with Go-To-Market plans by country, channel, brand, and product.)
  • Local Implementation of Pricing Platforms.
  • Sales enablement and pricing execution. Tactical pricing implementations to achieve sales, NS and GP by customers, channel, brand, countries.
  • Implement Mix Culture & Intelligence. Contribute to maintaining price positioning in line with targets and steering the product mix.
  • Budgeting & Reporting. Support in preparing reports for business and performance reviews and management meetings. Monitor price variance contributions and collaborate with the Controlling Department for analysis.
