SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

• 2-3 years of experience in the logistics industry
• Process orientated with consultative /collaborative approach
• University degree
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent planning, projects and change management skills
• Strong escalation management experience and capabilities
• Customer and relationship management skills

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE IS TO USE AND CHALLENGE THE FULFILLMENT NETWORK STANDARD PRICING TOOL IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE QUICK CLOSING OF BUSINESS IN A PROFITABLE MANNER, WHILE ENHANCING COMPETITIVE POSITION OF THE BUSINESS OFFERINGS IN LINE WITH BUSINESS STRATEGY, FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES, GROUP GUIDELINES AND POLICIES.

Our Fulfillment Network is based around a strict “standardization” and “product” mindset across all functions. Allowing us to sell & implement quickly and offer scalability across all our sites.
The Pricing Manager will be executing the end-to-end DHL Fulfillment Network pricing process whilst constantly looking for improvement potentials. They will have a direct impact on the conversion rate from interested to gained customers and also on the profitability of the product.
