We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Primary Banker 1.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
• Candidate with at least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferred
• Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage;
• Strong customer handling and problem solving skills
• Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to appl

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for HSBC WPB, delivering an exceptional customer experience through fulfilling customer’s servicing needs at first point of contact.
• Contribute to WPB’s business growth by acquiring customers and meeting customer needs for credit cards and balance build.
• Proactively refer other retail & wealth needs to relevant colleagues.
• Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of the bank’s products and services to provide “point of meet” solutions using tablets and technology to resolve more digital and technology related solutions to customer’s needs.
• Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system.
• Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met.
