We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic Primary Care Service Lead to join our team at HMP & YOI Feltham. Applications welcomed from Registered Healthcare professionals with Primary care experience such as Adult/Child Nurse, Paramedic or Therapist. By joining the Integrated Health Care Team, you will work within a multidisciplinary service as part of the senior management team ensuring young people and adults residing in Feltham receive age appropriate, high quality care in partnership with the Youth Custody services, HMPS and other agencies and have the opportunity to have a real impact on promoting health and wellbeing.
