Responsibilities:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Engineering Background.
- Prior Supervisory/Senior Engineer experience.
- Must display a positive and pro-active attitude.
- Work well to strict deadlines and have the ability to cope well under pressure.
- Be reliable and hardworking, whilst having flexible approach to working hours with the ability to work additional hours when required
- Outstanding organisational skill and attention to detail.
- A team player with the ability to interact with colleagues across a wide range of departments and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- To Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering Tasks within the Primary Department.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers.
- Collaborate with other departments to align engineering activities with organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Liaise with Site Engineering Manager to resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement engineering best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members.
- Support the professional development of team members.
