OneSchool Global NZ’s Rangiora Campus is a year 3-13 school. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Y7-8 Primary Teacher who is able to inspire and coach students to succeed in all areas of learning. Our unique and proven Learning to Learn framework sees our teachers operating in purpose built facilities with excellent resourcing and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver Effective Curriculum and Foster a Modern Learning Culture

• Ensure consistent and competent delivery of the New Zealand curriculum.
• Implement the school’s vision, focusing on student achievement and engagement.
• Promote self-directed learning and share knowledge on modern teaching practices.
• Engage with students in both subject specialised lessons and self directed study.

Enhance Student Learning with Management Systems

• Assist in analysing student data to identify strengths and areas for development.
• Provide feedback to students to improve their performance and maintain regular progress reports.
• Ensure school policies are correctly implemented.
• Collaborate with CP and RTLB to support students with learning needs, liaising with external agencies as necessary.

Experience and Skills

SKILLS:

• Clear communication and effective listening.
• Ability to liaise with parents, staff, pupils, and the wider community.
• Strong planning, assessment, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Zoom, CANVAS, and Edge.
