Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced colleague engagement and communications expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage and inform our colleagues across the UK and EMEA regions, working closely with members of our senior leadership team to support culture change management efforts as we advance integration of a key London-based acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee programming, internal communications, a deep understanding of cultural nuances within these regions, and the ability to drive engagement through innovative methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage employee engagement events, town halls, and initiatives to foster engagement, transparency, and sense of belonging among UK & EMEA employees.
  • Serve on the onsite executive team in London on culture and change-management initiatives to support integration, retention, and engagement with regional employees.
  • Drive participation towards global culture initiatives among UK & EMEA employees, including DEI programs, social responsibility programs, and employee well-being programs.
  • Develop and implement engagement and communication strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and social media.
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to ensure employee programming and communications are tailored to the needs and preferences of colleagues in the UK and EMEA.
  • Act as a liaison between the colleague engagement department and other departments to ensure consistent programming and messaging, including Talent Enablement, NA/Corporate Internal Communications and Comms/Marketing to support their internal and external positioning.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in internal communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with change management and employee engagement communications and initiatives, preferably within a multinational organization.
  • Innovative, strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, understanding of the cultural and business landscape in the UK and EMEA regions.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, adept at sourcing programming and content across various channels and formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Ability to create multimedia content (videos, podcasts, etc.)
