The Peace River School Division is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Principal for E. E. Oliver Elementary School located in Fairview, Alberta. This full-time (1.00 f.t.e.) administrative position will commence at the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
The Principal will serve as the educational leader, responsible for overseeing all aspects of academic programs, student development, staff management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and achievement, ensuring the success of all students and staff. E. E.

Qualifications: Bachelors in Education; Masters in Educational will be considered an asset. Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching CertificateMinimum of 5 years of teaching experience and 1 year in an educational leadership role.Proven ability to lead diverse teams and drive academic success Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environmentDemonstrated focus on Numeracy, Literacy, and Inclusive EducationAn understanding of data informed collaborative response. Learning Together - Success for All This position falls under the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers’ Association and the Peace River School Division. The collective agreement can be accessed by clicking here. Annual Salary Range: $ 62, 702 to $ 105, 996 (dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers Association and the Peace River School Division), plus an allowance as outlined in Article 4 of the collective agreement.
