Description:
The Competition Commission is on a search assignment to appoint a Principal Analyst: Mergers & Acquisitions with an aptitude for analysis of complex economic or legal issues; to join our dedicated team of competition practitioners at a senior level within the Commission’s Mergers & Acquisitions Division.

Responsibilities:
DUTIES INCLUDE, AMONGST OTHERS:
- To lead, supervise and provide guidance to a team of merger analysts.
- To investigate merger cases and make recommendations to decision makers.
- To design and monitor merger conditions.
- To conduct research and provide advice to decision makers on the economic impact of mergers
- To assist with strategic planning, management and general administration of the Division.
