Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Creates technology solutions addressing high impact business priorities. Demonstrates the ability to analyze, design, code, test and deploy solutions and product features with high quality to production. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience in Software Engineer-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 4 years of experience in Software Engineer-related occupation.
Position required skills : Position requires 6 years of experience in the following skills with a Bachelors degree OR 4 years of experience with a Master’s Degree: Finalizing the technical architecture for applications, including analysis, design, development, and maintenance; Working with business product owners and stack holders to understand product requirements to provide recommendations and technology solutions reviews; Developing and testing end to end requirements to meet project deadlines; Performing code review to meet the quality of the project deliveries with zero defects; Deploying projects on cloud platforms and supporting multiple environments (Dev, test and production) life cycles; Creating APIs and Rest web services; Utilizing Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud; Utilizing database technologies, including Oracle, MariaDB, Postgres, and MySQL; Utilizing technologies, including Agile, Jenkins, and SQL; Performing and analyzing scripting in UNIX and Shell Scripting.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $148,949.00 to $175,600.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
