We’re looking for a seasoned technical leader for 200+ engineers across the Core Services Engineering organization. As a Principal Software Architect at ServiceTitan, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform. As a key technical leader, you will help define and drive the technical vision and architecture for our software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
You will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and implement innovative and impactful solutions that transform the way trade businesses operate. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding them on best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
  • Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems with engineering teams. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from concept to deployment, including architecture design, development, testing, and scaling.
  • Conduct thorough technical evaluations and risk assessments to ensure the long-term viability and scalability of our systems.

  • Be a strong advocate of proven methods in software engineering and bring a detailed approach to testing, continuous delivery, and reducing technical debt.
  • As a leader within Engineering, assist with organizational growth and development while maintaining a high bar for excellence and technical curiosity.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
