Description:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Experience and skills in business support function (placing purchase requests in financial systems, drafting of documents, coordination and follow-up with various teams);
  • Experience and skills in project support in areas of planning coordination and reporting;
  • Excellent MS Office (particularly Word and Excel) skills;
  • Experience and skills on creating reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating rough order of magnitude for customer requests;
  • Drafting and following-up on price proposals for customer requests;
  • Creating and coordinating Operational Level Agreements (OLA) with Agency Organisational Entities and projects as needed for Workspace services;
  • Submitting and follow-up on purchase requests.
