WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Autodoc is looking for a ‘Principal Benefits Partner’ who will shape the overall benefits and wellbeing value proposition for employees, lead the market evaluation and benchmarking of benefits programs, and manage communication strategies to drive engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can enhance employee experience, helping positioning Autodoc as an ‘employer of choice.
The Benefits partner will work closely with the other People team members , Finance, Legal, Communications and other key business stakeholders in implementing and managing new benefits programs, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and providing expert advice to employees and management.
They will support various projects and strategic initiatives such as rewards & recognition, employee engagement, hybrid working programs and wellbeing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shape the overall benefits & wellbeing value proposition for our employees, aligning with company goals.
  • Lead the market evaluation, vendor search, benchmarking of benefits programs and practices.
  • Manage employee communication to drive adoption & engagement through various internal & external channels. Working closely with Internal Comms Team to promote benefits in the best creative way.
  • Lead the annual benefits plan renewals, support vendor contracts negotiations & annual benefits cost planning .
  • Analyze benefits costs and track program KPIs to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Manage various pulse dip-sticks to understand employee needs and experience feedbacks.
  • Monitor trends and best practices in employee benefits to ensure Autodoc remains competitive and attractive.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of benefits design experience in a relevant role preferably in a large e-commerce or internet company.
  • Strong knowledge of various benefits programs such as medical insurance, pension schemes, leaves and multi country statutory regulations and laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBI will be considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong numerical, modeling and analytical skills, alongside with data management and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
