APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities:
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
The post-holder will provide a technically proficient, accurate, timely and analytical information reporting service to Medical and Nursing teams. This will include production of the quality dashboards, key performance scorecards, and other reports to support clinical areas of the Trust.
- You will lead a small team of analysts to support the data and insights provision through the delivery of reporting projects, ad hoc analyses and an analytical advisory service.
- Attend senior management meetings to shape clinical and quality reporting priorities
- Support the medical and nursing initiatives with information and advice as required
- Provide proactive support to senior managers in the Services providing them with evidence and advice to support service planning decisions.
- Support the development of a basic analytical capability in Clinical Quality leads.
- Work with the department’s Data Warehouse Team to ensure Services information needs are supported in a timely and accurate manner.
- Work with the ICT Information Services Team and Divisions to understand and deal with data quality issues.
- Act as a Trust information representative at key meetings and discussions, both internal and external.
