This is a role based in our new Soho Place office – opened in 2023 - in the heart of Central London and home to our Research Lab.

Responsibilities:

The Principal Capability Product Manager will lead the strategic development and management of learning and development (L&D) products with G-Research.
This is a pivotal role in aligning our learning content strategy with the company’s capability requirements, and long-term talent strategy.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of impactful learning experiences across the organisation.
You will own L&D products, assessing need and designing, managing and optimising the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • LMS Content Strategy – Developing and delivering an online learning content strategy that aligns with a skills-based approach, company capability requirements and long-term talent strategy
  • Core Curriculum – Working closely with the Business Partnering team to conduct annual Learning Needs Analysis, managing the design, delivery and evaluation of key training programmes across the US and UK, including Soft Skills, Management, IC development and Compliance training
  • Performance Management Enablement – Designing and implementing the learning and education required to support the refreshed approach to Performance Management in 2025
  • Onboarding Experiences – Designing, enhancing and owning the relevant parts of the onboarding programmes to ensure seamless integration of new hires into company culture and/ operations
  • Engineering School (linked to onboarding) - Reviewing, refreshing and managing the flagship onboarding programme across Technology
  • Early Career Programmes – Developing and managing learning experiences for early career professionals, including Interns and Grads and our flagship Summer Research Programme
  • Strategic planning and stakeholder management - Working closely with HR Business Partners on needs analysis, evaluation and iteration
  • Data-driven Product Management – Designing and owning success metrics in conjunction with your Data Analytics Organisational Development colleague for all owned Products
  • Budget and Vendor Management for all products owned
