At 3Shape our aim is to provide digital dentistry and improve the lives of our customers. We are looking for a Principal, Capability Region Europe with proven project management experience and commercial expertise, who is enthusiastic about driving impact and wants to join us in changing dentistry at our global Headquarters in Copenhagen, right next to Kongens Nytorv.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably as a management consultant, or in a commercial / regional setting in a multinational company
  • Commercially and strategically astute with a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics, combined with solid business acumen
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Proven track record of driving commercial performance and achieving business goals by working in cross-functional teams
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in PowerBI is an advantage but not a prerequisite
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage but not a prerequisite
    The position is based in Copenhagen. Occasional travel within Europe can be expected.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Region Europe, the EU Leadership Team and key stakeholders in the global 3Shape Leadership Team
  • Direct involvement in the build up and roll-out of one of the single largest commercial investments in 3Shape’s history
  • Be the driver in building a new organizational setup focusing on providing direct end-user services, and manage the roll out in Region EU
  • Build performance insights that can help drive service level outcome (customer focused KPIs), internal effectiveness and efficiency measures (internal KPIs) to the VP of Region Europe, EU Country Managers and Sales Managers
  • Collaborate with regional business leaders to get a deep understanding of the individual markets and identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies, e.g. within pricing, customer segments and promotions
  • Be responsible for driving insights based on customer and campaign data to enable local teams to focus solely on outreach to end-users
  • Identify and feedback local needs to HQ functions, incl. core workflows, systems and process to support implementation
  • Drive business case processes and follow-ups
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise and/or conduct trainings on skills improvement, inbound sales, product & marketing topics
  • Demonstrate 3Shape values & leadership principles
