Description:

The Principal Change Advisor provides Prosci’s clients with support and guidance for medium to large scale projects with varying degrees of complexity and risk. You will lead a team of change analysts and advisors or work independently depending on the client in creating a client experience that leads to change success and builds change capability within the organization for future success. This position will provide you the opportunity to coach executives and assist them in their change journey.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an individual based in the UK with the following skills and experience:

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in the application of the Prosci Change Management products, tools, research, and methods at the enterprise level
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Project team leadership and coaching experience
  • Proficiency in key elements of Microsoft 365
  • Exhibits Emotional Intelligence
  • Project team leadership and coaching experience
  • Working knowledge of virtual meeting platforms, including diagnostic capabilities (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters level qualification or equivalent business experience
  • 5+ years of consulting/professional services experience
  • 5 five or more years of change management experience
  • Professional maturity to include proven executive-level career experience,
  • Prosci Change Management Methodology certification.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Instructor to create an unforgettable classroom experience for course participants on both virtual and in-person courses.
  • Preparing training venues and liaising with catering staff as host for in-person training.
  • Build rapport with course attendees and foster productive relationships, for example, by addressing any questions or needs as they arise during or after training.
  • Take pride in becoming expert on the Prosci digital tools.
  • Remain up-to-date on latest Prosci solutions, training offerings and thought-leadership to enable you confidently and competently to begin business development conversations in the classroom and accurately hand details to our growth team
  • Be thorough: proactively work with colleagues in our operations team to ensure all pre, in-course, and post course activities are completed efficiently
  • Analyse participant feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in our training programmes.
  • Collaborating with participants from global organisations to facilitate the creation of change strategies and implementation plans.
  • When not actively supporting training courses, you will have the opportunity to engage in cross-functional collaboration on internal projects. For example, supporting our marketing team with webinars, blog posts and research projects.

THE ROLE

Lead medium to large change projects (70 - 80%)

  • Develop client’s competences and ability to embed Change Management capabilities for change success
  • Create change capability through coaching and enabling change practitioners
  • Maintain alignment with client’s specific needs to accelerate results on medium to large scale projects, complex changes and high-risk initiatives
  • Apply Prosci products, tools, and research and leverage previous change management experience to successfully deliver change for the client
  • Creates Client Deliverables
  • Direct work of the team (Change Advisors and Change Analysts and Senior Change Advisors)
  • Facilitate and influence Sponsor discussions, decision making and execution with a C-Suite audience on large complex projects
  • Provide continuous and successful change management application
  • Make sure the appropriate reporting is completed in order to enable Prosci Europe to follow up on the profitability of the clients.

Driving strategic work (20%)

  • Facilitate strategy workshops with client (e.g., CMO)
  • Design, implement and evolve a framework and process for long-term client support and engagement
  • Identify, explore, and recommend holistic opportunities to expand and deepen the client relationship, embedding
  • Change Management Capabilities without creating a client dependency upon Prosci

Internal Project Support (10%)

  • Serve as the Project Manager and/or Change Manager for internal projects
  • Create deliverables for internal projects
  • Administer and analyze surveys for internal projects
  • Facilitate internal meetings
