REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years professional experience in either strategic roles in Life Sciences or in management consulting of which at least 3 years in healthcare
  • Proven experience to lead cross-functional teams across business and technical experts
  • Proven project management skills, organizing and prioritizing day-to-day tasks of the team and customer interactions
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, as well as a passion and curiosity for working on advanced analytics projects in a business environment
  • Strong ownership to drive projects to success and proactivity to make decisions in the face of uncertainty
  • Ability to build strong relations with customers and translating customer needs into solutions
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with different audiences
  • Great team player that collaborates with diverse colleagues from different disciplines and background

  • Ability to travel occasionally within Europe to meet customers

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Commercial Analytics in Europe is a new service with the objective to use analytics and Machine Learning to help our customers in Life Sciences engage in a better and more relevant way with Health Care Professionals, thereby improving patient care. As Principal Consultant - Commercial Analytics, you will be reporting to the Director of Commercial Analytics in Europe. Your responsibility will be to lead the deployment of our Segmentation and targeting analytics solution with customers.
You will be the key orchestrator between our customers and internal teams, consisting of a diverse group of data scientists, consultants, and sales, marketing, or medical experts. This will allow you to translate our customer’s business problems into our best solutions, build strong relationships with customers, and develop our team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Veeva teams, including data scientists and analytics consultants, to deploy commercial analytics solutions with customers
  • Interface with customer business and technical leads to define customer solutions and ensure successful deployment
  • Work with the Commercial Analytics team as well as other Veeva teams to improve our solutions and continuously innovate
  • Build out a team of analytics practitioners, making Veeva their first choice, develop a strong team spirit, lead community initiatives, and support the professional development of your colleagues
