Working directly with our clients to Senior Management level creates the opportunity for you to establish excellent relationships with client stakeholders and role-model behaviours to your peer group, and your wider colleagues. Reporting to the Managing Consultant we will support you to develop these skills into broader business development techniques which can be used to inform any career goals into our leadership team.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- 2-years’ experience in leading projects / programmes with proven value-based outcomes is required.
- Degree, MBA, or structured project management qualification (i.e., Prince 2) is preferred.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following sectors: BSFI (Banking, FS, Insurance), CPG, Retail, Energy, Utilities
- Prior consulting experience in customer-focussed (CX) projects is preferred, especially proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in second European language (Advantageous)

Responsibilities:
DELIVERY OF YOUR ROLE AND LEADERSHIP
- You will be able to set up and lead on a range of project types, ensuring that you always deliver proven value-based results to our clients.
- Understanding the importance of project / programme governance, you effectively build time into your working week to ensure that administration is kept up to date, and where necessary, meets regulatory compliance.
- You will be able to effectively design and deliver exceptional presentations and workshops to clients, and to internal team members.
- Under the direction of the Concentrix Catalyst leadership team, you can support the creation of proposal submissions.
- You have a proven track record in building excellent stakeholder relationships and can demonstrate how you maintain your established professional network.
- Drawing on your experience of leading others, you can establish strong working relationships with a project team and allocate roles and responsibilities which play to team strengths and provide opportunities for others to learn.
- Being an advocate for career development, you will have an active interest in ensuring that you establish and deliver against a strong development plan. You will also play a role in supporting more junior colleagues to establish theirs.
