Do you have a data domain consulting background from helping multiple customers define their problems? If you have an entrepreneurial mindset even better. We already have the internal experts in GenAI and design, and when it comes to data platforms, databases, pipelines we have the Army, but we are missing its General! Could this be your next chapter?

We have embraced this with a fresh outlook on influencing and even redefining our ‘ways of working’ in Finland, and beyond. As we continue helping our customers create new services with cutting-edge AI features, our strategy shift to redefine ourselves as a Data House and the leading local AI powered digital development agency is well underway.
Your role as Principal Consultant, Data Platforms is to convince customers that we are a critical player in the market. We have the references, and we have the experts who wield knowledge, but we’re missing the gravitas of an experienced Shaper to encapsulate our credibility.
We don’t intend this to sound boring or like ‘dry’ data architecture mapping, as mapping organizational needs and defining table keys based on it is not historically scintillating. While this analysis is one natural aspect, we see you also involved in the overarching themes with customers where we talk about data strategy, data governance, and defining entire platform architectures on top of the bigger picture, rather than individual projects where we need a data architect. We see you having a bigger impactful consultative sales role.
We don’t need you to deep dive into the small details, rather from a purely commercial sense you will facilitate discussions between data architecture and platforms, everything related to data, in the starting phase. Our focus is on the top 50 companies in Finland, who are mostly advanced with their data, meaning each mission is a challenge to decipher what’s our offering? We have the reference cases, but it is your customized data specific solutions we will look to (then execute from).
