OVERVIEW
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager, Digital Journeys who thrives on changing the status quo and is laser-focused on making every experience simple, easy, and intuitive for our customers. Join the Customer Experience Management team in Intuit’s Small Business and Self-Employed Group.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve the post-sales digital experience for Intuit’s QuickBooks customers. You will connect initiatives across Intuit’s digital channels, including in-product help, out of product resources, community and social. You will work closely with the digital channel leaders to implement change which will benefit customers, by reducing friction points and making it easier to find reliable information. You will also work on growth programs, implementing smart recommendations where it makes sense in the digital experience.
You will augment established digital listening programs with qualitative and quantitative research designed to fully understand the end-to-end digital experience and will build compelling digital journeys which drive action. You will be sharing insights which will drive improvements in all areas of the QuickBooks ecosystem digital experiences.
This role will be an integral part of the Customer Experience leadership team, ensuring that the business is making customer-centric decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital experiences, customer journey mapping, qualitative and quantitative research, VOC programs, human-centered design, and storytelling with data.
