Description:

A career as a Senior Data Analyst in the Customer Engagement Analytics team within the Personal Data Management and Valorization team at National Bank means playing a key role in optimizing and automating our data processing processes. This job allows you to have a direct impact on the efficiency of our operations, using your advanced data processing and management skills to support proactive and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, automate, and put into production data processing processes using technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, and Bitbucket.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to manage, optimize, and architect the marketing data ecosystem, ensuring integration and consistency of data flows.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of robust and scalable data solutions, while adhering to best practices in data governance and architecture.
  • Create and maintain data pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of actionable insights for decision-making teams.
  • Analyze Customer and Marketing data to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and support the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate in the design and preparation of advanced dashboards, analytics, and reports to facilitate proactive decision-making.
  • Present insights from data in a clear and concise way.
