Job Description
As Principal Delivery Manager you’ll be part of our Product Technology Leadership team, based remotely in the UK. You’ll lead and inspire agile squads to deliver continuous features and products to support many customer applications.
You’ll work closely with cross functional product teams to build delivery roadmaps and drive the delivery of these. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and effective, identifying obstacles and helping the team to overcome them.
You will have the ability to focus the team on what is most important to the delivery of products and services and encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of the delivery team.
Qualifications
You’ll have a strong digital delivery background as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or similar and enjoy working in a delivery focused, agile environment with multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll be used to overseeing and encouraging large development teams, delivering multiple projects and supporting multiple platforms.
You’ll have strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and motivate teams.
You’ll have a depth and breadth of experience across a range of products and services, throughout the entire development lifecycle, and be comfortable taking responsibility and accountability as the main point of escalation.
You’ll be passionate about technology, able to identify the best processes and delivery methods to achieve the best outcomes for our Business and Customers. You’ll be an excellent problem solver and be tenacious in your drive to deliver.
