Responsibilities:
Join our team as a Pastoral Manager at St. Ninian’s High School where you will lead one of our year groups. This is a new role and an important position in the school, leading a year group of around 220 students and a tutorial team of 10 teachers. You will be responsible for the behaviour, attendance and pastoral care of the students. The role will include working with school leaders and other agencies. As a member of the Middle Leader group you will ensure that the quality of pastoral care is consistently strong.
This role is aimed at colleagues who are passionate about making a difference for young people and feel that they can do this through leading a cohort of students. The role may suit someone with a teaching background in secondary school or education support background. The role will be both challenging and rewarding and will provide an excellend opportunity to develop and enhance a wide range of skills.
