Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and integration of digital products and tools to enhance and deliver exceptional customer experiences, setting a new standard in the market.
  • Contribute to shaping and implementing the division’s technology strategy, ensuring that technology capabilities are aligned with long-term objectives and priorities.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to enhance engineering capability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of engineering and testing resources, focusing on performance and skill development.
  • Drive technological innovation and differentiation, providing thought leadership in partnerships across the business unit to realise these objectives.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and scalable engineering and testing solutions.
  • Oversee the management and optimisation of technical vendor relationships, contracts, and performance.
  • Set standards for engineering practices and approaches.
  • Explore opportunities for enhancement and efficiencies, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
