Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Permanent role
  • Sydney based - hybrid working, 3 days a week on site.
  • Fantastic opportunity to join Westpac’s Experience Design team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct or oversee user research activities, such as user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights about user needs, behaviours, and preferences.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate best-in-class user experience, including interaction flows and information architecture.
  • Contribute to user testing initiatives to identify areas of focus and improvement.
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
  • Use analytics together with a commercial mindset to deliver against business KPIs.
  • Contribute to, help define and embed best-practice design processes.
  • Support Heads in creating and managing the plan throughout the project
