Responsibilities:

As a Principal Gameplay Programmer, you are an expert in the gameplay engineering field, have cross-domain expertise and can architect and implement large-scale game features. You actively coach and mentor other team members to bring them up to your level of understanding. Your ability to advise an provide guidance will act as a force-multiplier for our projects.
We believe that constantly improving on our skills is an essential part of the job and offer regular leadership, management and mentoring training opportunities.
