Principal Program Manager \Hybrid. This position will work on site one day a week.
The Principal Program Manager is responsible for leading the most complex, innovative, user-centered workforce initiatives and enabling virtual teams through the full strategic implementation lifecycle from ideation and discovery through implementation and business value delivery. They will provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to initiative sponsors and teams to ensure sustainable and scalable user-centric solutions are developed and implemented to successfully realize business outcomes and drive change.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 8 years Professional experience with human resources, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background.
• 8 years Demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, project management and change management, mentoring, developing, and delivering training.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) or ACP Certification.
• upon hire: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.
• Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.
