Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • 8+ years of experience in general human resources, or equivalent work experience, at exempt level, in multi-state/location, service line of business
  • 8+ years of experience in the area of Employee Relations, Labor Relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or another related field of study
  • HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP or PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • 5+ years of experience in the specialty areas of Drug Free Workplace, Compliance, Performance Management, ADA/LOA
  • 5+ years of experience supervising Human Resources staff or equivalent work experience
