Responsibilities:
BakerHicks has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious high voltage engineer to support in the expansion into new markets and develop their own team.
Following several very successful years in the power sector in the UK, the BakerHicks power team is expanding to mainland Europe. Headquartered in Switzerland, with offices in Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Denmark, BakerHicks is now offering design services for HV cables, OHL, Substations, HVDC, and Power systems projects across Europe.
BakerHicks is now searching for an ambitious engineer to lead the development of a new team to cover the DACH region. The ideal candidate has specialist knowledge in one of the following fields; HV cables, Overhead lines, or Substations, and has experience working on Transmission Networks in the DACH region.
The candidate will work closely with and be supported by the existing power team in the UK and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across Europe and the UK.
