PRINCIPAL INCLUSIVE ECONOMY AND COMMUNITIES OFFICER FUNDING AND DEVELOPMENT

Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 (hybrid working is available in this role)
Band 10 £45,441 - £47,420.
Full Time, 36.25 hours per week

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven and enthusiastic professional to lead Trafford’s drive to accelerate economic growth and to support its local community; residents, businesses and stakeholders alike, by securing external resources for place-based projects, regeneration schemes and improvements to Trafford’s town centres.
As the Principal Inclusive Economy and Communities Officer (Funding and Development), you will be responsible for leading the team to maximise external funding opportunities to benefit the residents and businesses of Trafford.
You will be at the forefront of placemaking and master planning in key growth locations across the Borough, taking a holistic view of long term economic regeneration initiatives and engaging partners at a Greater Manchester and Local Authority level to deliver on this agenda.
