Description:

WHO YOU ARE

  • Significant experience in the telecom/tech industry of 10 years or more.
  • Management consulting experience for at least 5 years at a leading consulting firm - such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearny, Accenture - is a MUST.
  • Previous working experience in Asia is preferable.
  • Strong communications skills and experience interacting with CxOs is also a MUST.
  • Proficient influencing and commercial negotiating skills.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Able to quickly establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Be able to collaborate with and motivate a cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Self-starter who is committed to deliver results and make decisions.

In joining the Partner Markets team as a Director of Strategic Initiatives, you will play a key role in executing our growth strategy, working closely with senior executives at Vodafone and external organizations to develop and execute our Strategic Initiatives to grow our organization.
