Principal MuleSoft Consultant

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Integration platform experience in MuleSoft. The position will primarily be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and apply the technical proficiency across the different stages of Software Development Life Cycle including Requirement Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, design, development and Production support for MuleSoft Integrations and platform support. Should be a self-starter and keen learner and work closely with the architects and analysts in reviews and technical issue resolution within the committed SLAs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 12 years of Relevant Information Technology experience

• Location for this position is Richardson, Texas. This position may require travel to project/client location.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience as hands-on technical leadership / architect role in API development using MuleSoft and MuleSoft Anypoint API Platform and/or RTF platform
• Experience in MuleSoft Development & Support using v 4.x
• Consult with business and technology leadership on new initiatives and business challenges. Drive technology and business planning sessions, create technology strategy documents and contribute to the technology roadmap.
• Experience in Support projects to handle APIs/Application support and Platform support.
• Experience in MuleSoft Platform Admin activities.
• Experience in Any point Studio, connectors, Scopes, Routers, Flows, caching, and Exception handling.
• Experience in design, build, testing, debug, deploy, manage APIs and integrations.
• Experience in API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, RAML and Design Center.
• Experience in full SDLC lifecycle
• Experience in Lean / Agile development methodologies
• MuleSoft certification as Platform Architect
• Experience in API gateway policies.
• Experience in designing MUnit Test cases for the flows.
• Experience in API securities like OAuth, JWT & Basic authentication
• Experience in integration testing tools like Postman, SOAP

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
