Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Principal Officer to lead our Quality Assurance and Governance team at the Isle of Man Prison. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality and governance within our prison system.
In this role you will oversee the quality and governance requirements of the prison, document quality assurance processes and create comprehensive audit reports, as well as collaborate with all prison departments to ensure policies are up-to-date and reviewed regularly.
