BUSINESS LINE DESCRIPTION:
Be an integral member of a small, highly experienced team in R&D that is responsible for developing the next generation of Pressure Sensors at NXP. The Pressure Product Line develops world leading Pressure MEMS solutions for a variety of automotive and medical/industrial applications. Our products are offering an unique opportunity to use your skills (or learn new ones) on the largest cross domain product existing, with physical (pressure/motion), digital, analog, and RF.
Job Summary :
- Translates product specification and system requirements into Design requirements/Specifications
- Drive and develop activities associated with development of wireless communication capability for MEMS integrated sensors and IOT nodes.
- Responsible for evaluating concepts, defining requirements, design planning, designing circuits, verification, documentation, validation.
- Support the Bench validation, debug activities and customer support on the products.
- Create technical documents needed for the life cycle of the IP/Products like verification plans, validation plans etc
- Ability to work across different products. These include coordinating the integration of an BLE radio IP into a new product and the development of a new low-power wake-up radio.
Key Challenges :
- Demonstrated Strong analog design skills. Capable of designing high performance analog circuits to meet specified requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in Low Power, Low Noise CMOS circuits
- Expertise in design of RF/Analog integrated circuits required such as LNA, Mixer, RF VGAs, PA, VCO, PLL, Regulators, etc. in sub-micron CMOS technologies.
- Experience with MCU-based systems, functional safety, and automotive design are all beneficial.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- MS or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline required
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Analog/RF Circuit Design.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Self-Driven with a can-do attitude
- Strong written and oral communications required.
