Responsibilities:
- Provide planning approval advice and prepare approval applications for a variety of projects including large and small scale infrastructure, and energy projects.
- Provide environmental planning and regulatory advice to clients
- Oversee and undertake the preparation of planning and environmental approvals, planning assessments, feasibility studies, permitting and licensing documentation and support the development of technical assessments, management plans and other documents to a high standard.
- Manage / Support the development of proposals and bid submissions, and drive the growth of the planning team.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the team
- Manage and/or liaise with environment consultants and other planning consultants, to ensure successful delivery of a project
- Work collaboratively as part of an integrated advisory sector and across project teams
